Custom "A-arms"

Curious... What size and wall thickness to you use to guys build your a-arms? I'm thinking 1 1/4" chromoly round tube but can't settle on a wall thickness. Dry weight will be around 1,300.

My cage is 1 1/2 chromoly so 1 1/4 arms may be a bit too big!!

Nope 1.25" is perfect for arms. 1" just looks small for UTV arms.

I agree, 1.25 is perfect. 1.25X.120 wall should work good.
