Bryant Layton Ready To Dominate RATR!​

December 10, 2010 Barstow, CA - UTVUnderground continues to blow up at a crazy pace. With our growth and exposure has come support from not only the UTV industry but all over the off road world. One such supporter is now officially repping us as a racer and friend to the Underground! Bryant Layton known for his hosting of numerous off road events and online TV show SpeedSceneRacing.com is now repping for UTVUnderground.com on his JeepSpeed class 1989 Jeep Cherokee in the SNORE racing series.

Along with Co-Driver Carey Jones, Layton has been running their 89 Jeep in the 1450 class at SNORE. After a mid season rebuild of the Jeep overseen by another UTVUnderground supporter Lucas Hand (A.K.A. HDRA1 on UTVUG) the Jeep is ready to do work at this weekends Rage At The River (RATR) in Laughlin, NV. Since the rebuild the Jeep has already won 2 other races. The first was in the MORE Powder Puff Race with Kat Wilson behind the wheel and Heather Smith & Melaine Lindquist Co-Doggin'. It also won at the season ending Glen Helen Lucas Oil Regional Short Course Series with Bryant and Carey each driving a heat.

Going into this weekend the plan is for Carey Jones to drive on Saturday with Clayton Newman acting as his co-dog while Bryant does the announcing for the RATR event. Lucas Hand will be handling pits for the team as he always does and Sunday Bryant will drive with a newbie, Mike Lafont who is also Bryant's girlfriends father. Bryant says "....it should be interesting to have my girlfriends dad riding shotgun!".
