Practicetook place on Saturday and Gonzales was having some issues with the front endbut his crew was able to work it out and get everything into place by the endof the day.OnSunday Gonzales was ready and eager to race. Moto #1 started out great, allclasses started with one gate drop due to the low car count. Gonzales was 4thout of the hole behind three production 1000 cars. “I locked onto the back of their bumpers andpushed as hard as I could to keep up as they slowly pulled away†Gonzalesrecalled. Gonzales held a strong firstin his class until the engine overheated. He would have to baby it to thefinish line and settle for a second place finish. Moto2 was all about saving the car and getting as many points as they could. “Ipushed the Black Rhino #626 to its limit and got myself a strong second placefinish for the weekend. Thank you to all my sponsors for their continuoussupport and help†Gonzales said.
