Polaris BITD Build

Got my new XP three weeks ago, 2012 frame arrived the week after. This week i received a set of Mastercraft seats, Fuel Cell and Radiator. ABF Fabrication will be assisting me on this build. Aaron is developing a long travel kit with Chromoly Boxed arms and 300 MM axles. Great work AARON!!!! I will post pics as everything comes together..

Thanks for the Credit Rick! I am very excited to be working on the 900xp. Everything has went smooth and been fun up to this point. I am planning to have the whole vehicle rolling mid next week.

Yeah, it is one sweet machine! I am confident the design will out perform any out there! And we are keeping it light!

Yea it looks good. I think it would be easy to get away with .095 4130 plate for suspension parts. I like all the curves in it. Keep it up!

Suspension is completed and Test fit went Great. I hope to get started on the chassis this week.

Like the gull wing design for a little more clearance.
