The UTV Racing Course:
A one-of-a-kind Pro UTV race and Pro Utility ATV race will highlight a full weekend of fast and furious racing. The UTV Pro main will be a 30 minute race on a course that will be very wide and fast, with some tight technical sections. The Pro Utility course will feature a mud pit, sand climb, and various other obstacles.
“Our goal is to create a new style of racing specially catering to the UTV industry,†explains TQRA president Austin Wilson. “We are building a specific track for the UTV class. It will feature fast and wide corners with roller jumps, much like the Lucas Oil Offroad truck series. We will also throw in a tight technical section with some minor obstacles like what you would see in a Terracross race. The UTV class will feature qualifying racing and then a 30-minute main event.â€
We will be building the UTV course soon and wanted to get some input on what you guys would like to see on a UTV Specific race course. This track is being built at a Motocross facility, but we will not be using the motocross track. I dont want to have 20 broken UTV's sitting on the track.
Thanks for your input guys!!
If we can get a big enough turn out for UTV's this year I would love to put together a $30,000 payout for the UTV class also next year!
