### ADDING MORE FUN Than a barrel of MONKEYS in Cal City ####
Sorry, we've posted this elsewhere but we've been asked to post it in this forum as well.
We are really excited and delighted to announce that the October 23rd SuperCourse - Round 5 event in Cal City, CA will also feature seven (7) classes for UTVs and Formula Desert Lites. Go to this link to download the entry form: http://www.altavistaevents.com/Pages...rseSeries.html
We have been working on this project for a long time, and finally Todd Pride and Alta Vista Events (AVE) have come up with a format that we believe will be terrific for everyone.
There are two events left in the SuperCourse MC/Quad Series for 2010, October 23rd and December 11. Concurrently with those two dates we are pleased to announce that there will be (in addition to the Motorcycle and Quad Classes), the following classes for Formula Lites:
FORMULA DESERT DESERT LITES...
1. F1200
2. F800
3. F-LITE
4. STOCK UTV
5. SUPER STOCK UTV
6. MOD UTV
7. FORMULA UTV
Recently we had the opportunity to showcase our various courses and took Mr. Pride around portions of the course. He was excited at the prospects of the Formula Desert Lites using these courses and racing in the area.
Therefore, we (AVE) have decided to inlcude the Formula Desert Lites classes listed above for the rest of our 2010 Series.
The next two events will be scored for class and overall points. These event will be excellent for racers to get acquainted with the format and the racecourses. Plans are to piggy-back a brand new Formula Desert Lites Series in 2011 to run concurrently with our 2011 SuperCourse Desert Series.
For the time being we have the following program:
If we have eight (8) entries or less at the October 23rd event, we will start the Formula Desert Lites five (5) minutes after the last Quad has left on their 3-30-mile lap journey, or at approximately 10:30 a.m..
However, if there are more than 8 entries in Formula Lites, AVE is prepared to schedule a separate SuperCourse event, which will start some time around 1 p.m., Saturday, October 23rd.
For more details go to our website Alta Vista Events - Official Site - California City, California, USA or contact us at info@altavistaevents.com
Shortly we will be posting the actual course on Google Earth so that it can be downloaded and studied by everyone. All participants will need to "rent" an IRC Tracking unit to compete in the event. Contact IRC at IRC - International Racing Consultants for more details.
We look forward to seeing many of you at our October 23rd event in Cal City.
