    i ended up cutting these studs down by half. i did this due to the soft ply tire allowed for the stud to be easily bent right over. I was a afraid it would twist too much and cause damage to the seal, ultimately loosing traction as well. 1 1/4 i should have went with, not 1 3/4. lesson learned...

    actually I'm using a drill bit, jigsaw with wood blade, files, flapper discs. would be nice to have a plasma. this one design was hard with tools listed above for how small the letters were.

    i wouldn't expect anyone to be anywhere near this when it's in operation. like i mentioned in the original post, we are racing rallycross on a frozen river. Rallycross is one person at a time, timed event.

    hell yeah, a friend found me 4 sheets of 4x8 with short 45"s on each side. this feature came in handy for a few things on this build. the roof required me to use two sheets to have the 45 on each end. If i ever wreck it ill have lots of money from scrap, lol.
