That is some disappointing news. I moved from NY to CA late this year. With all the expenses and drama involved with getting settled in out here I was going to take the 2014 race off and be back for the 2015 race. Let down for sure.- Hunt

It's a hold over mind set form other race series rules. It goes back to somehow keeping a UTV race series just that, UTVs. I would not limit the motor size to 1000cc. With the new RZR 1000 and the CanAm 1000, 1000+cc motor kits will be fairly common. I do agree with the no special, one off, motorcycle, snowmobile, or aftermarket engines. I'd even let power adders in. We all love supercharger and turbo whine...- Hunt

I thought it was a toss up between the Commander and the RZR-S. The S has proven its merit and is the most like a factory hot rod of the standard RZR. The Commander is just such a leap form previous SXSs.- Hunt
