    Polaris Polaris Transmission Modification

Zero reason to do that. It's a splash style transmission, and there's no pump to pump it through that line. Get rid of the Peer bearings, and the AGL and you won't have any issues. The way that the cases are designed, the areas to pool oil behind the bearings are too shallow on the NA...

Official UTVUnderground 2016 BITD Vegas To Reno Update Thread

The silt after Pit 10 last year was wayyyyy worse. Sucks to see S3 stuck, as well as Kary.

I know who has them at V2R, helped wire one of them. Best of luck to both teams.

I can't speak for LSR, but to my knowledge they don't have an in-house X3 that's done at this time, so I'd bet he'll run his current MMT. The car at the dealer show housed their Can Am product line but it's far from a race car.

Why don't I see more full head restrain seats being used?

Visibility for sure and like mentioned some of the cages are too low in the door opening to get in and out of with the height of a full containment seat. I did a car with Momo Daytona seats and it was a PITA to get in and out of. I would use a standard seat, with the use of a Hans or Necksgen, I...

    Polaris XP 1000 Tranny Fluid

The transmission vents through a bearing, and the only time it will ever spit some out the vent is if it's over-filled. When you jack the car up and try to put another half a quart in, it will spit out a couple ounces. With the right oil, there's no need to over fill it. I'd upgrade the bearings...

What "specific" info are you looking for? I will answer most questions within reason. Won't give you port dimensions or camshaft info.

Help me decide - XP1000 BITD motor build

To make these things reliable and get rid of the weak links would be my first suggestion. Using good parts to get through a full season will be expensive. Don't get caught up in the "yeah our motors make XXX HP." I've built and tuned a lot of XPs, and on the dyno I use they make 70ish stock...

    Laughlin Desert Classic

I never said that the UTV classes weren't a cash cow for Casey, but his tone at the UTVWC said it all, in my opinion. Carry on with the usual bitch fest. Lol.

So you're willing to step up and take on what Cory does? Doubt it. People bitch after every race but won't take the initiative to do it themselves. Shit gets old. When I raced quads and dirt modifieds, you know what we called people who constantly bitched about rules and how things were run...

    Laughlin Desert Classic

You guys that always come back and resort to bitching about Cory crack me up. Every one of these threads turns to the same thing, "yeah bro, let's unite and take him down, and then we can make the rules!!" Apparently, you all seemed to miss the VERY clear statement that Casey Folks made at the...

Whats the most revolutionary UTV ever built?

Fit and Finish- Matlock's Jimco. Engineering- Redlands/Motive car.

    SCORE UTV Rules.

Ceramic bearings won't last in a Polaris trans. They will not take any kind of debris running through them before they explode.
