    The laws should be made for people who file frivolous law suits not for people who customize a vehicle. If I alter the center of gravity of my ford by lifting it and I crash should I be able to sue ford ? Better yet should lifting my truck be banned ?

    Thanks for the link. The thing is that my youngerst is very small. Shes 3 1/2 but about the size of an 18 mo old so its a crappy situation for her. I picked up a xs child snowboard helbet the otherday. Hopefull it will pass the visual on a drive by, If they stop us well thats another story.

    So do they have to be DOT approved. Thats pretty heavy for a small kid and will force their head forward if they are not taller than the seat

    Really they didnt change anything. All they did was remove the part about the feet on the floor. The rest was just delaying the time of enforcement on the helmet and 4 seat conversion law. We need to start making calls again

    Well between all the elections we are going to have to keep our eyes on the prize. Weather its Cook or Imus we have to see what we have to do to keep moving forward on rewording the rear seat law and see about the helmet laws and maybe getting some flexability on the helmets for the kids...
